Comparison of imports with recycled quantity

There are a number of performance indicators to be used. An interesting view on the system are the quantities introduced into the market and those being recycled. The shown comparison of imports (ICT is mostly imported in Switzerland) with recycled quantities reveals (figures from annual  SRG report 2006 SWICO's Recycling Guarantee):

•  it takes a number of years for a system to pick volumes, possibly 5 or more (in )
  
• after that the quantities returned reflect the quantities brought into the market some 8 to 9 years ago (allowing for some 10-20% not being returned to the e-waste channel)
